2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (you must provide the specific product URL links).
4. Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit Rodythread to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy and Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Rodythread Takedown and Review Procedures

When a proper, compliant DMCA notice is received by our Designated Agent, we follow standardized internal legal workflows:

• Immediate Access Sensation: We promptly remove, disable, or isolate public access to the item (the T-shirt, Bag, design asset, or text block) that is the subject of the infringement claim.
• Fulfillment Adjustments: If the targeted item belongs to an active catalog listing, the item is immediately placed on a strict administrative hold, pausing all standard fulfillment actions.
• Notification Transmittal: We forward a copy of the written notification to our internal department leads or design team responsible for uploading the item, enabling them to review the claim details.

3. DMCA Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a formal Counter-Notification with our Designated Agent.

To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication sent to support@rodythread.com that includes substantially the following elements:

1. Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature of an authorized representative of Rodythread.
2. Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (specific URLs) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that we have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. Consent to Jurisdiction: Our corporate name, physical address, and telephone number, along with a statement that we consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which our physical address is located, or if outside the United States, that we consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws, Rodythread maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers.

If any external contractor, third-party vendor, or system operator systematically attempts to upload unverified, unlicensed, or stolen graphic assets to our shop multiple times, we will permanently terminate their access to our network, delete all associated user profiles, and sever all commercial relationships immediately.

5. Liability Warning for Fraudulent Claims

Important Legal Notice: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to severe financial liability. This includes civil damages, court costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by Rodythread, by any copyright owner, or by any legitimate licensee who is injured by our reliance upon such misrepresentation.
