At Rodythread, we understand that circumstances can change and you may need to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed. Because we utilize an efficient and optimized 1-Day Handling Phase to ensure our T-shirts and Bags are dispatched as quickly as possible, our window for executing cancellations or changes is highly time-sensitive.

1. The Operational Window for Requests
To maintain our promised logistics schedules (1-day handling and 2–6 days transit time), our fulfillment center automatically transmits order details to our picking and packing queues shortly after order authorization.
- The Threshold: You may request a cancellation or modification at any time before your order enters the physical fulfillment, packaging, or shipping workflow.
- The Deadline: Once a shipping label has been generated or your parcel has been collected by our designated logistics carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the order can no longer be altered, intercepted, or halted under any circumstances.
2. Order Cancellation Protocol
If you change your mind or realize a purchase was made in error, you must notify us immediately to request a full cancellation.
How to Request a Cancellation:

- The subject line must read exactly: URGENT: Order Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number].
- In the body of the email, state your full name, order number, and your explicit request to cancel the purchase.
Financial Resolution for Approved Cancellations:
If your request is received before physical fulfillment begins, we will cancel your order immediately. A full refund of 100% of your purchase price (including the $6.99 shipping fee) will be credited back to your original payment method. In alignment with our Return & Refund Policy, there are absolutely no administrative fees, cancellation fees, or penalties ($0.00) applied to this process.
3. Order Modification Protocol (Changes)
We are happy to assist with corrections to your order details, provided the package has not yet been processed by our logistics facility.
Supported Modifications:
- Address Corrections: Fixing typos, missing apartment numbers, zip codes, or changing the delivery destination entirely.
- Item Adjustments: Swapping a T-shirt or Bag size, color, or style variant for an item of equal value.
- Contact Updates: Changing the recipient name, phone number, or notification email address.
How to Request a Modification:

- The subject line must read exactly: URGENT: Order Modification Request - [Your Order Number].
- Clearly specify the exact changes required (e.g., "Please change my shipping address to..." or "Please swap my Medium T-shirt for a Large T-shirt").
Important Price Discrepancy Note: If you request an item modification that results in a higher cart value, you will be required to settle the balance via a secure payment link before the item is fulfilled. If the swap results in a lower value, the difference will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
4. Post-Fulfillment Scenarios (Missed Window)
If your cancellation or change request is submitted after the order has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, our customer support team will notify you that the window has closed. Because the package is actively traveling through national transit hubs, it cannot be recalled.
In this scenario, you must utilize our standard return framework:
- Receive the Delivery: Allow the carrier to deliver the package to the address provided.
- Initiate a Return: Once the package is in your possession, you have 30 calendar days to contact support@rodythread.com to initiate a standard return.
- Follow Return Rules: As long as the T-shirts or Bags remain brand new, unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags intact, we will issue a free return shipping label. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of our warehouse inspection, with zero restocking fees.
5. Deliberate Address Accuracy Warning
Rodythread relies on automated systems to copy and paste shipping details exactly as they are typed by the customer at checkout.
It remains the buyer's sole legal responsibility to ensure that all street names, numbers, zip codes, and recipient profiles are completely accurate before submitting an order. Rodythread cannot be held financially or logistically liable for parcels that are misdelivered, lost in transit, or permanently withheld by carriers due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
